    Often, we look for some other person or entity to blame for our difficulties.  While finding a scapegoat may create a temporary sense of satisfaction, this does not actually resolve our problems, nor does it help us identify the real source of peace and well-being.     Motivation

    When we shift the focus from ourselves, we are naturally able to maintain a broader view.  A broader view helps us loosen our grasping, conceptual mind.  When our grasping is loosened, we are better able to access our open, peaceful mind.     Postive, Peaceful Lives
